Yes, and as I said, too, the quality of a race depends on who shows up. Rupp showing up makes Boston better than it'd otherwise be -- as a fan of American running, and running history, I find this good. Kirui is also very good, which helps, too.
If everyone just went to London (a softer course, I believe), then Boston would be really weak. I'm glad that's not happening
