I'm still organizing all the material I have about Sondre.
However, I can give some anticipation detailing the 26 OOC test he had during the last years, with 3 parameters everybody can understand only : Hb, Hct and off-score.
I want to connect every test with the performances achieved in the same period, with the duration of the stay in altitude, and with the type of training. This is the reason because I need time for the final draft, since I have to do a complete analysis for making a study we have to publish in the technical magazine of IAAF (New Studies in Athletics).
These are the OOC tests, all valid for creating the Biological Passport :
18 May 2011 (Blood and Urine - Lab in Oslo) : Hb 13.2 - Hct 40.0 - OFF Score 82.9
13 Jul 2011 (Blood and Urine - Lab in Seibersdorf in Austria) : Hb 13.6 - Hct 41.6 - OFF Score 99.5
29 Nov 2011 (Blood and Urine - Lab in Oslo) : Hb 13.3 - Hct 40.6 - OFF Score 68.1
24 Jan 2012 (Blood and Urine - Lab in Oslo) : Hb 14.7 - Hct 45.2 - OFF Score 100.5
5 Jun 2012 (Blood and Urine - Lab in Oslo) : Hb 13.7 - Hct 41.2 - OFF Score 69.9

24 Mar 2015 (Blood and Urine - Lab in Oslo) : Hb 14.1 - Hct 42.1 - OFF Score 89

15 Dec 2017 (Blood and Urine - Lab in Oslo) : Hb 14.8 - Hct 45 - OFF Score 84.2
At a first analysis (of course, not complete, because still the data are not connected with the type of training and the duration of the stay in altitude), we can see how :
1. Altitude normally produce an increase of 2 points of Hct, and 1 point of Hb
2. The OFF Score are not connected with the level of Hct (for example, Sondre had 103 with 45.5 Hct, and 84.2 with 45.0, practically the same level)
In the tests Sondre had before the official start of the Biological Passport, we can find average of Hb around 13.5 (he has 11 tests between 12.9 and 14), and of Hct around 40 (11 tests between 38 and 42).
These are the first data, that clearly demonstrate Sondre is an athlete who doesn't take anything for increasing his own natural values.
However, the goal of my final analysis is to understand which kind of variations the training in high altitude, carried out with continuity and correct system with high volume and high specific intensity, can produce in the physiology of EVERY ATHLETE (so, not only Kenyans or Ethiopians) who decides to train in serious way living the most part of time in altitude (Sondre trained in altitude for 223 days before Fukuoka).
For now, you can see these data and have your conclusions.
