That's all. The U.S. access and speed in urban areas is quite low compared to other countries that, shocker, have common carrier networks. Proof, once again, that monopolies must be regulated to force investment and communication standards.
Another aspect of the Net Neutrality rules that should die, like the rest of the changes being discussed.
