Has anyone corroborated the 12:24 result? I know there is a parkrun results page listing the time, but I don't 100% believe this story until somebody else confirms it.
In actual CaniX events, he has a 7:59 3k here

I thought of this thread when I saw a lady run with dog in a race today, attached around the waist. She ran over a minute a mile faster than she normally does on what was a really hilly course, with the dog taking a couple of pee breaks. You do have to turn your legs over faster than you want, but the dog is pulling you through the air when both of your feet are off the ground. It's like a permanent, strong tailwind.
She took third overall and beat people she's normally several minutes behind. I can believe this guy runs a ton faster with his dog pulling him.

Nonsense
Wow. Canicross is an awesome sport and it bond the relationship between the dog and the pet owner while keeping them both active. If you're looking for a way to track your and your dogs' activities, Rundogo app is perfect for you. :) You can choose activities such as canicross, walking, bikejoring etc., and also types of activities when going solo, like running, swimming and more. You can track yourself and more dogs simultaneously, see stats for each of you and meet other dog owners with the same passion. :)
You can check the app here:
Yes, my dog also spends all the time with me, But because of my work, I could not always be with her. So recently found a way to bypass the system. Found a site that helps to take a dog without a problem
How can so many running experts on here have never heard of canicross and have their minds blown by the concept of people being towed by dogs that are much faster and more efficient?!
