Looks like the Tunnel Hill course is on a rails-to-trails bed, which means it's fast for a "trail", but likely slow compared to track or road. Even so, the time ratio to the track WR for men means that if the track record was equivalent to a 2:12 marathon, her record would be a 2:23 (just to give a comparative, I'm not saying either number is an equivalent).
