This ^^ "cleaner" is the correct term. It's 2017, the age of technology..... can we really say that ANYONE is "clean" anymore. Sure, people play within the rules, but it's still a game of: If you have deeper pockets than your opponent, you can afford the best legal stuff money can buy.
I was happy for Jordan and I'm happy for Shalane. If the athletes in our sport could get back to their high school mentality of finishing a race, giving hugs and high fives, and getting on with their lives and training, everything would be better off.
