Sweet opening:
"Unless you have been dwelling in the caves of the Afghanistan hills, cut off from the so-called civilized world, like Osama Bin Laden on the run, you should know that Mo Farah, the four-time Olympic and six-time IAAF World Track and Field Championships gold medallist has split with his coach Alberto Salazar of the Nike Oregon Project. Or has he?"
I don't see how vacating Oregon is going to make him invisible to USADA, WADA or anyone else.
As usual the brits have to put a negative spin on anything with their best athletes and take a tabloid approach to doom and I know something you don't idea to writing.
Mo has said for a few years that he would eventually move back to the UK. The highly structured track workouts done with the OP required a different type of coaching that Salazar provided, remember why he left the UK in the first place. He's done with track.
The writer of of the article misses that no OP athlete has very tested positive , zero not a one.
To implicate that Salazar had anything to do with Armstrong's doping and Mary, my god she asked for his advice when they both were living in Eugene. This writer took some big liberties and brand assumptions.
I do not think Mo will be marathoner we hope him to be.
I'll wholeheartedly (but respectfully) disagree with your premise that the article is rubbish. I thought it was well written, concise, and fact filled. Excellent point regarding Lough based in Monaco, and interesting tidbit of Aden's case just suddenly being dropped.

Nope. The tax exile benefits are not worth as much anymore. His wife stated she preferred living in the US to the UK. Expect Farah to later move to a different country than the UK.

Who are you talking about? Athletics Illustrated is Canadian.

He was her coach. As simple as that. Try google for a start.
As for Salazar, one could point out the following facts (in addition to coaching testo-drug cheat Slaney):
- "testosterone medication" for Rupp
- tested testosterone on his sons
- Rupp caught with elevated testo levels
- Farah, Rupp, Centro caught with ABP violations
- used a prohibited method for several of his athletes according to USADA
- instructed his athletes to lie to USADA -> no respect for USADA
- sent drugs in hollow books across borders -> no respect for the law
- DQ of G. G. against the rules -> no respect for USATF
Probably all a coincidence - he really is a great guy (and USADA is a bunch of corrupt liars).

As soon as I read these two words, Bombs Away by The Police started playing in my head.
He's black and Muslim living in the United States as a foreigner from a Brexit nation.

Except that Binny was hiding in a nice house in Abbottabad, Pakistan.
New login feature doesn't like my Athletics Illustrated login, so I logged in with Wet Coast. Same guy.
Zenyatta Mendatta is one of my favourite albums, right up there with Rumours by Fleetwood Mac, a few Beatle albums....et al....it's a gooder.

What has brexit got to do with it you twock.
Can you imagine the good old USofA forming a union with the other countries in the Americas, being told what to do and how to legislate. Having no control of borders with those countries, like Mexico and making a massive net contribution to the project. Oh and you only get one vote on issues and votes, the same number that Guatemala gets, no didn't think so.
Respectfully, the article is rubbish, precisely due to the lack of relevant facts, unless the golden standard is yellow journalism. Some of the facts need checking. For example: - Mysteriously dropped charges for Aden would be news. I couldn't find any corroboration. In July, with explanations from the investigating judge, we learned Aden is to be prosecuted in the Spanish courts, for trafficking and administering vitamins, endangering public health. - USADA has been "investigating" Salazar, not for two years, but since 2012, when Magness first "blew the whistle". Last year USADA, in a rare public statement addressing the Fancy Bears "leak", that despite cooperating testimony from 19 former Nike employees and staff, they are still investigating whether a violation has occurred.

I checked Google and came up with Bill Dellinger. Some of your facts are not facts, in the primary sense of the word.

It's not that complicated. Via wiki's link 16 on Slaney's page: an interview with her coach Salazar, four weeks before her positive test:
" Slaney holds five American records from 800 meters to 3,000
meters, and she may also hold the record for running-induced
surgeries -- 18 or 20 by unofficial count of Slaney and her coach of
two years, Alberto Salazar.
"It's a two-edged sword," said Salazar, the great marathoner
who speaks from painful experience. "The greatest athletes want it
so much, they run themselves to death. You've got to have an
obsession, but if unchecked, it's destructive. That's what it is
with her. She'll kill herself off unless you pull the reins back."
That is exactly what Salazar and Bill Dellinger, the track coach
at the University of Oregon, have done with Slaney: Pulled the
reins in. Put her on a program of controlled workouts and gradual
progression.
She has been surgery-free for a year and has run pain-free since
before Christmas. With a time of 15:38.61 in mid-April, Slaney has
qualified at 5,000 meters for the Olympic trials in June. There is
talk of doubling up at 1,500 meters.
"I honestly believe she is better poised than ever to win an
Olympic gold medal this summer," Salazar said.""
?????
And we’re supposed to believe Sally didn’t know Mary was doping? Obviously he directed her too.
‘Um, he just gave her advice over coffee once in Eugene.” ??????
Obviously her coach wrote:

Tee hee. Yeah, as I wrote: Probably all a coincidence. Nothing to see here, other than normal actions involving testosterone.

That’s a deep cut. You know your police, son.
Well produced album throughout, great drumming/rhythm section.
