Farah is a plastic Brit. In fact now he has won his medals and is unlikely to medal in the marathon, he can go back home.
I don’t detect any sign of irony so I must assume that you have no concept of how ridiculous you sound. Mo moved to the UK at age 8 and has competed for his adopted country for well over 10 years. I don’t know how you define “plastic”, but, all accusations of drugging aside, I think he has more than paid back to the British people the hospitality that they have shown.
By the way, on to the point, fabulous showing by DEWI, whom I have watched interestedly in several half marathons leading up to this. With steady progression, he may yet add to Steve Jones’ legacy.

I still find it hilarious that this sheep farmer from Wales can out run nearly all the best the USA has to offer in his debut. Outside of Ruppster, USA men are really screwing the pooch in the marathon right now.

Thanks for the tip! I have actually. In the last three months, I've trained myself to a decent half marathon time after not running regularly for 10 years. Quite proud of myself!
For just about all of us, running isn't about comparison with the elites, because we'll never be at that level; it's about what works for you as a person. So you can be cute and clever and try to compare the message poster with the sponsored professional runner, try to shut them up and shut them down, but that ain't gonna steal my thunder!
3000 feet are the summits of our highest mountains. Dewi's from Carmarthenshire so plenty of hilly slopes but negligible altitude.
