In the women's race, it should be noted that Texas Tech's Nokuthula Dlamini finished in 16th place. She ran the race in her bare feet. Was the only barefoot runner in the race(she is from South Africa and also ran at Pre Nationals barefooted as well).

Also, at the Sun Belt Conference meet, South Africans won both individual titles.Nadeel Wildeschutt of Coastal Carolina won the men's title and South Alabama's Laura Labuschiagne won the women's race. Two other South Africans placed in the top 12 of women's race. Lisha van Onselen of Coastal Carolina finished 2nd and South Alabama freshman Nicole van der Merwe finished 12th. BTW, van der Merwe competed in the race in Vibram five-finger toe shoes.

Also should be noted the 15 ladies finishing ahead of her had shoes on. -

any non flo$ streams of big12?
These guys drive me insane. Apparently if you missed the livestream of today's race you don't have to worry because they have the 2016 race you can watch now instead. These guys are such amateurs. Not as bad as MileSplit, thankfully. -

WAC had ties for both men and women, with Utah Valley losing out both times. Can't remember ever seeing a conference meet with both races ending in ties.

A lot? Their #4 runner was 32nd today.

Big 10 men just finished. Wisco goes 1-2 but Michigan is the winner.

Rutgers DFL in both men and womens race today at Big 10 - has to be the worst big school program in the NCAA
Seems like that move to the big 10 is really working out for you guys -
What about Maryland, they 're in the Big Ten.

Haven't seen it mentioned yet, but CCSU Men won the NEC again for their 9th time in a row. Weak conference, but still pretty impressive.

Michigan women with a strong win at big10
Btw what happened to that Wisconsin kid that was 3rd at FLN last year? See Finn was up there as Wsicos 5-6guy I think -

I doubt Rutgers could win the NJ Meet of Champs -

Rutgers isn't competitive in the Big 10 in most sports. This is a perfect example of the greed of college athletics trumping actual sport. Big Ten grabbed Rutgers and their NJ TV market to line their pockets via the Big Ten network. Meanwhile Rutgers performance is a joke as it was today in Big Ten cross. -
Stanford has a bunch of guys not competing that I should might contribute significantly. Have D.J. Principe, Brandon McGorty, Jack Keelan, and Thomas Ratcliffe run xc this year? Why is Sam Wharton not running anywhere close to the top guys?
We need a report on the team. With Fisher, Fahy, and Ostberg running so well at Pac 12s, you'd think that adding Keelan, a 13:40 guy, and Ratcliffe, who ran low 23 his first xc race last year and I think 8th at Pac 12 last year, would allow this team to very much challenge BYU and NAU for the national title.
