Kept it moderate at under "4 hours per day?" Yikes ?...my total WEEK of running is less than 4 hrs! And even if I wasn't straddled with age-related chronic injuries, I don't think I would want to spend upwards to 4 hrs a day running. Whitlock was obviously good at marathons and built perfect for distance running (i.e., skin & bones), but running 4 hrs a day is an obsession. That's 28 hrs a week...which is more than some people sleep per week.
