All of the above is incorrect. The Skechers contract gives him freedom to choose his own coach and training group. He is already back in New Jersey and working with Marcus O'Sullivan across the river at Villanova.
If this were true he'd have to move to the city like Ajee Wilson did to train with Juventus Coach, Derek Thompson. Of course in Ajee's case she needed to be a bus ride from Temple since she was taking classes there. Neptune to Philly everyday would not work.
Ches wouldn't commute from his area of NJ to Nova every day. That too would be insane. Maybe a few days a week, possibly but that drive would get old quickly.
come on now still POTW at least
hilariouss
Just read that alongside Ches, Haas has also taken over coaching Stephen Scullion, previously coached by Alan Storey who is a very respectable coach and worked with Farah for a long time, and he’s just run 2.15 at London which was a 2-3 min PB in pretty hot conditions.
Was surprised to see he coached Scullion now, anyone else he’s working with? There’s quite a few guys in flag at the min and saw Pat Casey was there in UA gear so has he now joined that group full time?
Haas seems like a decent guy and is doing very well on the coaching side based on recent athlete performances.
Haas coaches someone or continues to pretend he is an agent even though he is not? Steepler from Oklahoma also “in the group”.

This is 100% on the money. Powell writes the workouts but can't coach due to his Oregon collegiate coaching duties. Haas acts like a coach but the dude can't find his zipper. He just watches over Ches.
