Page 3 and nobody has said Shaquille O'Neal?
Not sure if there are 4 or 5 people on this statue, but here are my starting 5:
1. Shaq
2. Al Capone
3. Floyd Money Mayweather
4. Larry Page
5. Lil Wayne

Steve Prefontaine. This guy had a pair made of steel than were 4 times bigger than Trump's. He definitely is a Mount Rushmore guy. Frankly, the joint has not been the same without him.

No politicians
Curly, Larry and Moe = Trump, Eric and Donald Jr
Curly had way better hair!
Martin Van Buren is considered the first president born in the United States. Washington and Jefferson were both born in Colonial Virginia when it was still under British domain.

Love it. LOVE IT. Shows you what scum so many 'successful people' really are.
The monument would be incomplete without Guy Fieri.

Clearly, you haven't gotten the memo from the social justice warriors. He's now viewed as racist because of this picture of a chinese guy.

With George Carlin on the end. Heck, that's even better than the group that's on there now. Get the dynamite and let's fix this monument!
In this thread: a bunch of people who don't know how many people are depicted on Mt. Rushmore
(It's 4)
Elvis
John Holmes
Babe Ruth
Lenny Bruce
It is hard to find great Americans who were apolitical. Muhammad Ali is one of the greatest American athletes and entertainers. But he was also against the Vietnam war and a devout follower of the Nation of Islam. Leonard Bernstein and Aaron Copland were accused of being communists during the Red Scare in the 1950s. But, here is my best shot:
Walt Disney
Henry Ford
Duke Ellington
Bill Gates
Four things that are American dominated creations: Entertainment, Cars, Jazz and Computers.
OJ Simpson, Bill Cosby, Mia Khalifa, Ted Bundy.
first off MLK was a political figure.
I think you have to grab one person from each of four sectors. I would do:
scientist
einstein (foreign born though, as are tesla and bell). if that matters, edison.
businessman/entrepremenur
henry ford (or maybe carnegie or disney)
writer/artist/musician/sports star
mark twain (or maybe spielberg, hemmingway, pollock, elvis, jackie robinson)
heroes/adventures
lewis/clark (or maybe boone)
Neil DeGrasse Tyson
Rick Sanchez

I think this is likely best approach. would agree with all except scientist. There I do have to suggest Norman Borlaug - basically, his work lead to huge improvements in food supply which have saved literally billions.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Norman_BorlaugJohn Jeremiah Johnson - Mountain man
Steve Prefontaine - no explanation needed
Pat Tillman - Sets "THE" example
Jedediah Strong Smith - Mountain man
Chief Seattle - Leader
Jonny Unitas - QB
Alvin C. York - Seargent WWI
Jack "The Mannassa Mauler" Dempsey - Boxer
Michael E. DeBakey - Surgeon
