Willis and Centro were sniping at each other on twitter a while ago.
Willis accused Centro of being associated with shady people and Centro countered with the same.
The whole race was staged. I mean kimetto, biwot, lilesa, some kenyans with PBs
The whole race was staged. I mean kimetto, biwot, lilesa, some kenyans with PBs under 2:07. Not single one of them was trying to push the pace in the beginning.. except maybe for one white guy who didn't know what was going on. The weather was good and course is flat and fast. In the end, tears.. family waiting behind the line. Just like a TV show.

Forget that Jordan Hasay now owns a 5K-10K-half marathon-full marathon performance curve that simply did not exist before the advent of blood-boosters: 15:28, 31:39, 1:07:55, 2:20:57.
I know it is inconvenient for your attempt to shove Jordan under the bus, but her 3000 PR is 8:46, which the IAAF Tables equate to 15:06 and 31:48. Clearly she never ran a 5000 when she was 100%. Her 3000 and 10000 times are much better than Joan Benoit's, whose record she broke in Chicago by 23 seconds. There is nothing that requires a "blood-boosting" explanation there (how EPO would help the marathon and not the 5000 is something maybe you and only know).
No context can make "EPO was found in Aden's room" a correct statement.Aden organized the training camp and the hotel, but he didn't pack everyone's bags. You forgot a third athlete, Laila Traby.Accounting for everything, in context, the question remains open regarding Aden's personal involvement in any of these EPO cases. The Spanish Courts will probably not answer this question, having indicted him for injectable vitamins. The IAAF, and USADA haven't shown their cards yet, but it seems unlikely, barring actual possession, or an athlete testing positive, that they can sanction him for anything in connection with EPO.
I think you don't remember right. Putting aside "indisputably true", are any of these "facts" in fact facts?1. Can you clarify that? When do you think his androgen use started? The 1982 "Duel in the Sun" was the beginning of the end of the competitive Salazar. He struggled for about ten years with being unable to train properly. Finally, he used Prozac in 1994 to win the Comrades marathon, something that wasn't banned or considered performance enhancing at the time. Is Prozac an androgen?2. Did Rupp use testosterone as a teenager? The photo evidence said "testosterone medication" which could be a legal supplement designed to boost testosterone. Salazar acknowledged that he used some T-supplement, like Alphamale or Testoboost. Other Nike athletes corroborated the use of legal supplements, while no one corroborated Testosterone.3. While he does carry prescription T-cream for his own personal use, it is not for a myocardial infarction, but for low testosterone.I'll study these three facts, when you correct them for accuracy, and can eliminate all ambiguities.Otherwise, what this triggers in my mind, as that, if you cannot make an argument without altering the facts, then you were probably wrong all along.

...If I remember right, here's a sampling of facts that are indisputably true, i.e., ones that Alberto Salazar himself has acknowledged.
1. Salazar, driven all of his life to win at potentially extreme costs, used androgenic substances in his competitive career.
2. Galen Rupp used testosterone as a teenager under the advice of Salazar.
3. Salazar carries a tube of androgen cream around with him for a medical condition (history of myocardial infarction) for which androgens are contraindicated.
Take just these three facts into consideration.
...
Forget all of that and just study these three facts with as open a mind as possible. If they don't trigger suspicion in your mind, that's fine. But labeling others "negative losers" for failing to check their critical thinking at the door of fandom is laughable.
social media is poison ,simples .
it begins and ends with his family and nobody or nothing else including running.
rupp and salazar taking on the world .
Hahahha.. Nick Willis is a tool with his testosterone supplementation. We should dig into his hard-drives on his personal computer to see what porn he was digging!

Staged, huh? So they went out in 66:10 this year which isn't blazing, obviously. Last year was even slower, the first half was 66:50? Was that race set up for Abel Kirui to win? I mean, weather was perfect and not a single one of them was trying to push the pace. The whole race was staged because they wanted the one guy who would dance when he crossed the finish line to win. It is funny how that is exactly what ended up happening.
...
See how stupid that sounds?

Jordan just CRUSHED Shalane's time. Maybe she is a poor loser. They all remind me of that washed up Meb guy. Their time is over. The baton has been passed. When Alexi, Kara, and Shalane were sitting around a table sharing a pizza with Jordan, none of them thought Jordan would be so much more popular than them.
I wish Jordan was evil enough to tweet a congrats to Shalane after Shalane stumbles to a 2:38 at NYC.

That's because they know NOP is dirty, and the NOP is frowned upon. I don't care about that, because doping has been a part of running since the early 1900s. So I don't give a crap. Athletes dope.
They are not jealous.
And that is another reason why I'm hard on rupp. You're doping, but you still can't run faster than 2:09 and push the pace on a slow course??
Hell is natural time might be 2:12!
Japanese dope. Russians dope. AFricans dope, so it's an even playing field. But, hey , they run fast and go after fast times.
They don't dope and run SLOW
: )
Lets be honest. So does Meb. If we are going to talk dirty, lets be real!!!!!
I think the most Calculated and strangest non-response is the Fact the Mo Farah has not said a word.

Is he done with the NOP? Has he joined Patrick Sang's group yet?

Farah has been and will always be a product of Salazar.
Regardless of whatever illusion of distance he has created.
http://www.letsrun.com/forum/flat_read.php?thread=8387330Mo congratulated Rupp on Instagram and Twitter. You do realize the way both these social media platforms work, right? Since it's not a paid post, it drops away like it never happened. Only the most viewed remain.

You are clueless and didn't watch after the he was done celebrating with family. He was out giving high 5 and shaking hands, matter of fact if you watch Jordan finishing you can see him heading back to finish area after going along the grand stands.
Or he knows that Rupp doesn't use either platform...
