if you're a college kid and want to party with your teammates then the answer is alcohol hands down. you just have to not go crazy with it and not let it get in the way of your training. i guess i'm not sticking to the premise here since if you could do that you wouldn't really be addicted. some of the most fun i've had in my life was getting drunk at parties with the team in college.
the other answers aren't as good for what OP is after. weed is NOT a good party drug, nor are opiates (you'll all be sleeping or worse). uppers are too addictive and will f*** your sleep. psychadelics....again not good party drugs. mdma will f*** your serotonin. as you see nothing really measures up to good ol' ethanol for the purposes you describe.
