I think post-run weight is cheating, I can be down 5 or 6 pounds in an hour, but stepping on the scale after a run is encouraging!
I'm mostly interested in whether I'm gaining or losing weight and not so much exactly what my weight is. I always work out first thing in the morning before breakfast and then weigh right after my workout and before breakfast. I think this is the time of day when my weight is most constant from day to day. Sure, I'll then put on 3-4 pounds (on a base of 117) over the course of the day, but that doesn't matter as long as I always measure my weight under the same conditions.
