You are misinformed. The contraceptive pill provides a synthetic form of estrogen. It does not make STRONGER bones, it prevents bone loss/maintains bone density. Estrogen is naturally occurring in females and is a large factor in keeping BMD at a healthy level. If a female is not menstruating her estrogen levels will be at postmenopausal levels (i.e. very low).
Birth control is in no way performance enhancing. Estrogen is in no way performance enhancing-it often causes water retention, bloating, fat deposits at different times of a women's monthly cycle
