I’ve recently started drinking a small black coffee just 2 or 3 days a week. Sometimes before my run in the morning. Sometimes after. I love the taste. It gives me an energy boost. Puts me in a better mood at work.
But I’m hesitant to drink too much because I know it can be addictive. Is it unhealthy to drink some everyday? Should I keep it to 2-3 days per week?
I went through a period in my life where I was hooked badly on 5 hour energy. I finally dropped the habit and started feeling much better. I developed a dependency on it and my energy levels were a lot less stable. I know coffee is not exactly the same but should I be worried?
