I believe the closest one is the Briargate YMCA Turkey Trot ( no pun intended).

I went through the photo results of several pikes peak sports races and some start videos and can't identify. An occasional female runner with hair in a bun instead of ponytail but just to hard to make any recognition.

It has to be someone who knows her or if legit knows the guy in the video
