Magdalena MASAI of New Zealand??? Who is she?
Apparently, she is Jake Roberson's fiancée, and she finished 4th in 1:10. Look for her on future NZ teams.

Ritz and Lagat were top-10, a ways back.
An interesting note, Jake Robertson proposed to his girlfriend, Kenyan Magdalyne Masai, after the race. Masai was 4th in the women's race.
Personally, I always thought that Jake was p1ssing around in Kenya, but he ran quite well today, should have put in a harder mile with 3 to go. Mo was always going to have a better sprint. Mo probably just wanted the season to finish.
What happened to Ritz? He was pushing and pushing, then boom, he was done.
No more vapor fly 4% for dathan. Slows him down just the right amount to not be significant anymore.

Made to work by a kiwi? He was clearly running within himself.
Correct! Made to work by the same guy who destroyed the Kenyans in Lisboa earlier this year. Your Welcome.
Clearly I was wrong!

I'm confused. Wasn't there already a thread on this race where Ritz won?
Yeah. There's also a third thread on this race. Apparently Zatopek won as well.

Yes. Apparently she's Linet and Moses Masai's baby sister.
Set up race. Real race was in prague this weekend and probably copenhagen or usti nad labem next weekend.
Destroyed which kenyans in lisbon ? Aside of James Mwangi whom seems he went too fast there was no top kenyan in that race. Though robertson ran pretty well.

Unbelievable how disrespectful this forum is.
Really, calling Mo "Slow" he ran a tactical race on a slow course and ran 4:38 pace and you're calling the dude slow knowing damn well that literally 99.999999999% of this entire forum can't do a SINGLE 4:38.
They're not disrespectful, they're stupid.
They don't get racing just time trialing.
He did suck today. Ran Rupp's New Haven pace today.

Yeah, I was about to mention the same thing. Did anyone point out how much Rupp sucked last week?

And I wished they'd change all the streets sign distances from miles to KMs already. The new numbers may mean diddly to the drivers they are put there for, but at least it'd make sense to internet users around the world when they decide to check out a British street on Google maps.
I can do the conversions in my head.
Not dead on accurate, but close enough to make sense.
Maybe that is because I grew up when both systems had world records.
I guess you can't do that with Common Core or new math.

Dathan has had many bad days.
And many good ones, but you ignore those. How convenient.
