Yeah the late-stage switch went sooo bad for Rowbury, to the tune of 3:56 AR. Give it up, it's a perfectly reasonable move.

She has maybe two or three more good years. It's not like Simpson wasting three years with Henner fresh out of college. Grace has no years to waste. Flanagan was the same age as Grace when joining Shumacher, but marathon runners typically have much longer careers than middle distance runners. Flanagan is 36 now. Very unlikely Grace is going to be with Schumacher (or anybody) at that age.
