Been visiting this site for near 20 years, and have been at times impressed at the caliber of coaches/runners that come on here offering advice (Renato Canova being one of the most prominent). This is not one of those times. I blame John Dye for this!

Mileage, workouts, mindset, that sorta thing
I have only one question, and obviously the most important. What gear do you get? I know what NXN offers but I haven't been able to find videos or stuff about what exactly footlocker offers.

Why was Obama the worst president ever?
Amnesia seems to be on the rise. I thought the condition was a invention of the all-powerful cabal soap opera writers, but comments like the one above clearly indicate I have been wrong. Such conditions seem to have infected the population at large.
There are so many terrible actions to chose from, why would you limit your historical memory to the last few decades? Shoot, ethnic cleansing in the American South under Andrew Jackson's tenure is a great place to start. Not even hyperbolic ethnic cleansing. He fully legislated the removal of a peoples from several states. And he wasn't the only one to do it, that's the just the first one that comes to mind.

Did you run for your official, State-sanctioned school team? If so, why? You wrote, 'ask anything'.

This whole thing was posted after a 7 hour drive from labor day vacation where I was tired but thought it would be a good idea to share information with the general public and instead it's becoming some sort of joke. This is why actual competitive runners hate using this forum because it is used by complete idiots.
I hate to see that your post digressed into what it did, but I don't think running in the FLNC generates that much curiosity. Some curiosity, but not that much. It's no different than someone saying they ran in the NCAA XC Championships; its impressive, but does not generates that much curiosity. One problem is there is too many people on this board who have had the same, similar or more impressive experiences. I you stated I ran an any Olympic or WC final, you would get more takers.
hahaha you really think this board is made up of a ton of guys who were making Footlocker nationals? Come on man, that is ridiculous.
