Well, you're certainly not getting recruited by an Ivy League school. It's "have run", not "have ran".

This whole thing was posted after a 7 hour drive from labor day vacation where I was tired but thought it would be a good idea to share information with the general public and instead it's becoming some sort of joke. This is why actual competitive runners hate using this forum because it is used by complete idiots.

At least I'm not the idiot who ran around a footlocker and thought it was a race...
Did you double every day? How much mpw and how fast were ur easy miles
What was your weekly mileage like, and paces for base mileage?
I did my easy miles at 6min pace, and doubled 5 times a week. My mpw was only 20 though.

I can tell you my key workout. I did 36x100 at 10 second pace with 1 minute rest, gives you a better kick than an AK 47

I had so much hope, but you blew it. 20 mpw with 12 runs a week? Liar.
I won my footlocker region a few moons back when there was only one individual national championship, and competed in San Diego. Ask me anything.
Mindset, mileage, workouts...that sorta thing.
