Can't compare college with not college. Class commitments, etc are very different and demanding. There's a good reason there is a track record of solid performance improvement post college for many pros.
My point is I don't think Alexa would be running quite as fast if she was on a team taking a reasonable course load and racing and peaking 3 times a year.

Isn't she a full-time student at Portland? I think she is, but I am not sure.

Hopefully Dani Jones joins Alexa in Portland. That girl can hammer, what a duo!
You have forgotten about: Aragon, Donaghu, and O'Keeffe.

Guess it doesn't count since it was after NCAA's ???), but wanted to note Dani Jones ran 4:08.42 in Portland the week after the Championships.

Just in case my earlier post quoted above led to yours, just wanted to make it clear- Dani Jones is NOT going to Portland permanently. It was just her NCAA best time I originally posted about was run at the Portland Track Festival.
(Assume she and rest of the Buffs are mainly going to class and training hard to avoid another NCAA Championships upset in XC this year.)
Alexa is on pace to graduate.
