Mimi made another one of the odd stops others have caught. There is one at 12:06:30 PM per her Garmin data points (breadcrumbs).

By excuse you mean reasonable explanation...

There is more to it than that. Mimi's team seems intent on discrediting the data collection methods. There have been far too many "accidents", since day one, of turning trackers off, no cellphone coverage, and keeping trackers on. Nothing but excuse, after excuse.
It's true that most of the cumulative Garmin data has been useless for various reasons. Starting and stopping the timer randomly, including obvious vehicle rides at the beginning and end of rides and so on. I can't explain it other than to say it's either gross negligence or incompetence. When attempting to set a record, the burden of proof is on the person attempting it. I can't disagree with that.

Nope. Real data. No excuses. No 'believe mes'.

Exactly. Mimi has managed to bugger her data. Once or twice, maybe. But these have been non-stop issues. I expect Mimi will not submit a single bit of Garmin or Strava data to Guinness. It was all be the silly three-second videos, a few photos, and her word that she is honest because her friends say so. Will Guinness grant a WR based on that? Mimi seems convinced they will.

Hard to say since there are no pictures or videos posted about such events and if some did, we do not know under what circumstances. I will keep the question in mind. I also want to see what Jenny has to say about the posts she made blaming Race Drone.
Is Jenny related to Dustin Brooks?
all you doubters her husband said he has nothing to hide thats why hes been so open about theyre issues with tracking ect
How about if somebody provide an update on her mileage yesterday and her mileage for today? Is she still on pace for a record or has she fallen behind??? Thanks....

She already has experience getting GWRs. It's good pub for Guinness also, and they're a for-profit enterprise. I expect they will give her the record even with all the flaws we've observed.
Updated numbers please wrote:

She is well on pace for the second fastest crossing ever by man or woman.

He is intentionally creating the issues to discredit all the data--it is not good, it cannot be used, their fault and not ours. Only Mimi's good word can be trusted. Do try to keep up.

And she will be stealing appearance and speaking monies from Sandy Vi, if Sandy can beat the record.
More specifically, is she still maintaining 45 miles a day (yesterday and today)????
Ah, yes - great idea!
Mimi is close to 60 miles per day. Markus has been keeping a log of mileage per day for Mimi and Sandy, and a comparison to Pete K's crossing.
It is very difficult to figure out exact miles run, particular for Mimi who has data that is a full on mess.
Woah - hold on there we don't like careful insightful analysis here...
Are they? Really? afaik they're saying that strava is the standard to which they are working and everything else is a bonus?
In your extensive research have you ever looked at a cell phone coverage map? You'll see that it's highly network dependent.
You realise she doesn't have to run 24/7. She can stop - it's allowed....
Useless? If the camp spot is different to the day's stopping point its fair game to stake and come back the next day. Or have you got a different set of rules in mind?
