END OF DAY SUMMARY PER STRAVA
Miles 58.3
Elapsed Time (hr:min:sec): Pace
13:35:07: 13:59 Includes breaks
13:01:07: 13:24 Excludes breaks
OVERALL SUMMARY
Total Miles 2315.0
Route Miles 3067 (Based on initial estimate prior to starting the attempt—Pete's Route)
Miles to Go 752 (Based on 3,067 miles minus Total Miles)
Miles /day 56.5
NOTE: ** The miles Sandy needs to cover is likely 10-20 miles further than Pete's Route. Adjustments are being made to Pete's Route by Pete's sister to try to shorten the remaining distance to NYC.

Her knee gave way, and she dropped out.
778 miles to go
To finish in 54:X:X
58 miles a day for 12 days
82 miles on the last day.
An extra hour of running to avoid urban traffic today. Hopefully prayer warriors are working on good weather in PA.

Both of those are helpful.
On Google Maps, walking route
Point A : today's finish
765 miles to
Point B : Fort Lee, NJ
(Where the GW Bridge crossing is)
+ 13 miles from Fort Lee to NY City Hall
= 778
There is no guarantee that Sandy will take Pete K's Garmin Route the rest of the way. Historically, they have deviated for a variety of reasons, adding a few miles some days while reducing on others. And especially if Pete's sister is working on the best route possible (shortest and safest.) The best speculation for miles to go is the shortest walking route on Google Maps.

She had no knee cartilage left. Plus bone odemas take longer to heal than bone fractures.
https://www.facebook.com/MarvellousMimi/posts/976885129132261Unfortunately Mimi did not receive the news that her or her team wanted to hear. Due to previous meniscus tear surgery Mimi has now been left with no cartilage on the right side of her knee, she also has serious bone odemas and the risk of stress fractures in the knee is high.

FYI: Your Google Map using walking with 765 miles to Point B says: This route has restricted usage or private roads.

Here is how to get a 766 mile route without the restricted usage or private roads. Make a slight southern deviation from Belvedere PA (mile 700) towards Oxford Township.
From Belvedere PA
Stay on Road 623 (Brass Castle Rd)
Then Left on Hazen Oxford Rd with becomes Belvedere Ave
Then back up heading North on Road 31
Then Right on James Chapel Rd
Everything else is the same a whatever Google maps choose for walking.

Mimi had to stop. Her very first week she ran too hard and it was all downhill from there. After a couple of grueling 15-16 hour walking weeks she was done.
Too bad her running career had to end this way.

If she even ran at all. She was damaged goods upon landing. The murky documentation of her early days casted a huge shadow from the beginning.

I agree. Personally I think they faked the whole thing.

Report taking longer than I thought to create with a lot of time spent getting everything into a format everyone can analyze by themselves. I currently have all of Mimi's Strava data downloaded into GPX files and exported the data into a tabular format and analyzed the speed and cadence. All the data will be uploaded onto my Google Drive for everyone to look at for themselves and the analyzed data is in an Excel format.
I think Sam made some critical mistakes in his big writeup. Besides the incorrect use of Benford's Law in his analysis, he made the erroneous assumption to analyzed smoothed cadence data without any sound justification. Cadence cannot be smoothed if you are trying to verify authenticity. Smoothing hides important details and discards information.
If we simply plot Mimi's raw rpm cadence data in a histogram at 1 rpm intervals, we can see the is a clear pattern that has so far defied all my attempts at reaching an explanation for it. All of Mimi's raw rpm cadence data have a regular and repeating series of cadence numbers missing. I have compared it with other Suunto users on Strava and this highly repeating pattern only exists in Mimi's data.
For example, below is a raw data cadence histogram for one of Mimi's runs showing all the missing cadences. The second is from a random Suunto watch user I found on Strava. Notice how the random Suunto watch user isn't missing cadence values at regular intervals? I'm trying to find a logical explanation for all the holes in Mimi's cadence data (all her data is like this), but I cannot think of anything reasonable. I've also analyzed Sandra's cadence data and she is doesn't have "swiss cheese" cadence data either. Can anyone explain this to me?
