It it's total, that's too low although to be honest would be very high for a Kenyan with a 13:18 pb that dates to 2014.

There is no way Skechers, or anyone, would pay this much money for a Kenyan. Without competing bids to drastically drive up his value, Cheserek probably took the equivalent of a roads + bonuses deal.
It's always amazing how little comprehension exists for the realities of contracts and the business side of things in the running industry.
