While these are good marks, they are hardly anything special. If you compare the above list to U.S. times from this year, Mo wouldn't make the top 50 list in the 3000 and he would just barely crack the top 30 in the 5,000.
Farah's most noticible improvement is in his ability to finish at the end of a race. The Mo of '17 is a completely different runner from the Mo of '07 at the end of a 5k. Case in point:
