My personal favorite picture of the WC. Courtney's shocked expression and the Kenyan chick who got bronze looking utterly dumbfounded. LOL.
It took me until maybe the 10th watch to realize Rick Allen called the wrong bronze medal winner.
Well, 2 out of 3 isn't horrible. Still far superior to his prior level.
I think he misidentified someone in a women's 800 semi also.
The aspect that ticks me off is that every night Olympic Channel has shown the BBC coverage of the evening session. Tape delay by many hours but I looked forward to it. For some reason today the NBC version has aired three different times, once live and twice on tape. NBCSN and Olympic Channel somehow decided to show the exact same tape at 11 PM Eastern, the one from this afternoon with Rick Allen, etc.
I would have loved to see the full BBC coverage of the women's steeplechase, including the buildup and aftermath.
'HOLY SHIT! The drugs really work!!!"

This is RACISM. Courtney looks shocked but the KENYAN CHICK looks DUMBfounded. Some of you are so racist....but of course you cannot help it....it is often concomitant with a dull mind, no offense intended.

I like that BBC coverage with that lead cat (Steve?). He's relaxing to listen to and he articulates good background info & stats on the competitors.
Rick Allen is too emotional and should stick to NASCAR. He calls the events like they're car races. Lol. Bolton is arrogant and thinks he's out of sight. The distance guy (Craig?) is okay but also gets a little high strung.
Give me the BBC feed on NBC's Olympic channel...and I'll actually enjoy listening to the commentary, ðŸ‘

1) They totally missed one of the biggest stories of the race. Chepkoech, in addition to missing the 1st water jump, also fell. She ran heroically.
2) I know there is a tendency for commentators to be silent when something amazing happens but i thought the silence after this one didn't work.
3) Change your IP and listen to the BBC call here:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/athletics/40906959I'm going to now change mine to listen to the IAAF feed.
Oh yeah good suggestion, American.
Change your IP and steal the BBC content I pay for.
RACISM? No, it's not. You are an embarrassment to the human race.

Thw kenyan tried to congratulate them but in a display of unsportsmanship they blew her off. Super juice is back.
Amazing how some people just can't enjoy a great race and take it at face value.

Do you not realize it was Kiyeng who got bronze? Or are all the "Kenyan chicks" the same to you?
I wonder if Kiyeng was a bit shocked that she was the top Kenyan considering Jibet, Chespol and Kipkoech were all more accomplished.

Any fan of US distance running who wasn't totally enthralled by the last three laps of that race should just stop watching track, as it doesn't get any better than that. To watch the best runners in the history of the event set a blistering pace and then one by one falter as the underdog Americans held strong wad just thrilling.
+1000
Yeah, kinda like all of the Americans are the same to everyone else---like when they say "the American" is still there. So then, are all the "American chicks" the same to you?

this meet is insane - all the white people winning gold medals
either the white people found the drug stache or the black people have stopped using.
I'm going to hope the black people stopped using, but I dunno.
Drug test them.
Didn't she step out of the lane. She should have been disqualified.
Wow. Inspiring beyond words.
Female steeple chase... Seriously. Is there any weaker and more obscure event than that?
