By rep he's a speed/power guy as are most Euro coaches. Alnes coached Geir Moen and is renowned for long challenging sessions. I don't have any details on what Warholm did in training, but he's faster and a better hurdler since teaming with Alnes. BTW, Amalie Iuel is training with Alnes now that she has left USC.
