200 Finals are Thursday evening, plenty of time to recover.
I thought he voluntarily withdrew from the 200 heats because he was sick.
I get why people want to see him run, but this sets a bad precedent.

Just a PR stunt to save face from the fraud IAAF. They got what they wanted in having him banned from the 400m finals. Total joke.
Thank goodness the IAAF came to their senses and are letting Makwala back in the 200. We will just be left to wonder what could have been in the 400, but at least we'll have an exciting 200 to look forward to. The IAAF should still compensate Makwala in some way for the mistake they made in the 400.
