Idiot, Bett was not favoured to win. He did really well in getting a medal.
Now go back to your empty and sad life. -

Probably more disappointing for them that they had their 2 superior guys go out injured. Bronze for Bett is solid. Kipruto getting a gold was pretty legit. -
don't think Bett underperformed. Kenya, maybe, but a medal without Rudisha is not bad
-
Rudisha is done. He would have been a non factor here. We have a new #1 in the world and he ain't Kenyan..
-
Kipyegon Bett is still a junior, idiot. He's done very well. How many of those have medalled in this championships?

Let's see: Rudisha, Korir, Bett, Tarbei and Saruni. Do you really want to bet against Kenyans? -
Obviously even Langford > Korir, Tarbei, and Saruni. Likely Rudisha as well.

Idk man, Bett was pretty happy in his interview about getting bronze. -

You guys! There you go celebrating fourth again. And you wonder why these guys never amount to much. -
Langford is only like 20. There is much more to come...

How many times have we heard that before? And he ran 1:45 PB while 19-year-old Bett is consistently knocking 1:43 lows. -

Wha? Bett is 26. He barely managed to dip under 1:44 once...in a time trial at altitude. Put Langford in a time trial 800 a month from now and he goes under 1:44 guaranteed! Bett is not running faster than his current PB. -
I wish someone would pull this thread 2 years from now and see Langford at sub 1:44 and Bett not improving. One thing I know is that if wishes were horses, beggers would ride. Keep wishing and waiting

Still a junior... HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Were Korir and Rotich injured? Didn't look like it to me! Sounds like excuses for not being able to handle rounds! -

I'm coming out of retirement. There is hope for white 800m runners after all. -

Seriously, do all Kenyans really look old to you guys? Because to me, Bett looks a teenager. Looks even younger than Jakob Ingebrigtsen who looks in his twenties to me.

At least Langford is clean. Seriously, even El K or ViveLaPervotica surely wouldn't Bett money that any of the current top Kenyans will survive the next two years of testing. -
Well you've made your bet, you better lie in ... as you won't be needing to get up for a while for those early morning runs.
