Great bet.
Crazy that Jager is now a favorite almost in the same line as Mo is in the 5k (-275 last I saw).

You know what they say about great bets? Don't make them. A "sure thing" is never a sure thing.
I give him a +++++ rating.

Are you one of those idiots who call him Yager?
Here I am predicting a Jagёr victory, and all you can do is insult me for honoring his German heritage even though he does not.
I bet he would willingly spell and pronounce his name Jäger if he would win the gold medal or better yet run a sub 8.
Gold >>>>>>> improving his PR by a couple seconds.
I'm going against popular opinion on this one.
Jager will NOT medal.
You heard it here first.
Kenyan sweep
Jager wins and breaks 8
I agree Kenyan sweep
I wouldn't be surprised if Jager not only wins, but dominates.
Tomorrow we will be saying, Evan MF man bun
You are forgetting Maroc's latest doper....

Great bet as in he got it at +300 and he's now an overwhelming favorite at -250.Tell that "sure thing" line to the Warriors or (soon to be) Floyd Mayweather.

Yager's beauty will stun the rest of the field. No one else can compete.
I expect a 30-sec margin of victory to Yager.
I will be celebrating with 7.5 x Yager bombs for every lap of his magnificent run.
Yager FTW.
I think a good name for a movie would be
Hurdling Danger: A Whitey Among Kenyans: The Evan Jager Story: Ow, Those Hurdle Don't Move.
As much as I want Jager to dominate, I know there's no sure things. Lots can happen. Hopefully he's rested, healthy, mentally ready. Lots of favorites have gone down already.
Kemboi. The GOAT has one more dance in him.
I'M SO EXCITED! I CAN'T WAIT! NINTENDO SWITCH!!!
I hope the German horse wins!
I think this time for Kenya the gold is really tough, for the following reasons :
a) The maturation of Jager, as he showed in Monaco, now able to finish the last km in 2'33", also in a tactical race
b) The fact Conselsus Kipruto din't have any real training in the last 4 weeks, and his shape can't be better than 80% (also if the guy is really very very strong)
c) The fact Jairus Birech doesn't have final sprint, and is not able to create a gap with the other runners
d) The fact that Ezekiel, who is the best specialist all time under the point of view of medals, not only is old, but also had his training reduced because of a problem in one foot.
And we can't underrate the Maroccan Sofiane El Bakkali, who this year Always ran very well, and, being 21 only, can grow as self confidence in every new race.
A very interesting race. and this time Kenyans are not so stronger than the other competitors like in the past.

And if he wins, no doubt there will be lots of accusation of drug use, right? Or will there? And if not, why not? His emergence and progression has been perfectly logical and clearly explainable, right? As logical as Bolt's Farah's or Dibaba's right?
Dibabba and Bolt have been rigorously tested out of competition.
Farah never tested when home in Portland.
