Infield beat huddle!
Infield beat huddle!
To all those Mo fans. That is what a GOAT does.
Huddle looked bad. Infield nice shot.

All 3 have nice butts!
Ayana, 1, 30:16
Dibaba, 2, 31:02
Tirop, 3, 31:03
Aprot, 4, 31:11
Susan Krumins, NED, 5 31:20
Infeld, 6, 31:20
Cheptai, 7, 31:21
Huddle, 8, 31:24
Sisson, 9, 31:26
The chase pack didn't die bad enough for anyone else to sneak in for a medal.
Maybe she was saving it for the 5k.
Dang I looked away and missed the Americans finish. Did Huddle get beat by Infeld??

I thought they ran pretty well.
¯_(ツ)_/¯
Well that race is a perfect example of how EPO is a PED
Actually Mo ran much closer to the WR last night than did Ayana.

I will be honest with you. Even if it's drugs...This is still absolutely mind-boggling dominance.
Not saying she shouldn't be banned if on drugs, but this display would be special in the EPO era. This is crazy. Utter madness
I have no idea what I just watched. How can a single athlete be so genetically superior?!
8th place in this field is bad?

This was planned all along....Dibaba to take silver, just out there working on speed for the chicago marathon, and for almaz ayana to put down the hammer
but yeah almaz is now the greatest 10000m runner of all time... if she goes to the marathon level, man its going to be fascinating.
and she is on FRESH FRESH LEGS
Agreed
You have jealousy issue.
And Krumins "Emily's" Infeld at the line!

Completely agree. It was surreal. BBC commentary know it is suspect but avoided passing judgement. My partner doesn't watch athletics and she immediately picked up on it. No race sharpness at all and she does that. Bullshit.

This ^^^
She doesn't even look tired at 26:11...
14:25 for the last 5k?
Only 8 runners have ever run faster, and that's without the first 5000 meters! Insane.

Um, not at all. Infeld beat Huddle because Huddle eased up and started celebrating. Krumins beat Infeld because she outkicked her at the line, there was no premature celebrating.
Has nothing to do with genetics.
it's their way of life that makes them great. Their environment makes them great. Their training makes them great.
It was the same thing when Tirunesh first stepped on the scene, or when Bekele stepped on the scene.
Dibaba is now a marathoner, so she never made a move to go with Ayana....
I call it blatantly shady.
PB for Infeld.
While being lapped.
