I for one would LOVE to see him in Berlin but Berlin never have more than two really big guns in the race
Perhaps ita back to Chicago for Kenny or even a New York debut
kennster needs to face 'Choge in berlin & try to turn it into a tactical race & slow it down to ruin the Great Man's clocking
he needs to do this otherwise 'Choge v front-running Kipsang to help, will bury the WR close to
2"02-flat
a kennster will never see such a clocking against his name during his lifetime
if kennster wants any serious shot at the WR he needs to enter berlin with only 1 aim - that of the "spoiler" to ruin the race clocking, so he can himself try for 2"02-high in abu dubai in january

You think this is Rupp and Farah that can ruin a race and bring it to a 2:08-2:10 time?
This is Kipchoge Kipsang Bekele we're talking about. Tactical for them still means 2:03-2:04
this is the only reasonable prediction (2:02 flat) that Calculo has made the past year!!!

The bloke who tells you about races in Abu Dubai?
The Ethiopian Team is very good , but what about the womens 10k? Why is there no Gelete Burka and what about the other competitors of those Ethiopian 10k trials, held in Hengelo?

The only idiot who calls the great Kenenisa Bekele in such a disrespectful manner as "Kenny" or "kennster" is that total retard, and here he is, with only one of the nicknames he has used on this thread.
If bet all my money (6 figs) that genzebe and Almazzz are doping. What a farce this sport is.
Are you kidding? Chicago doesn't have pacers and would be a tactical race between him and Rupp. If he wants a WR, he'll go to Berlin where they have pacers. Berlin will almost certainly be sub 2:04 already and adding Kenny to that field won't change that. Kenny's not going to worlds because he wants a big payday and a fast time, and that's only happening in Berlin against Kipchoge and Kipsang.

I agree. I think Kenny wants the WR, and it is very doable in Chicago. Racing against Kipchoge would turn tactical, and probably not result in a WR.
However, its always possible that he is injured again, and that's why he's not in Worlds. I sure hope not, but you never know with him these last 6 years.

A tactical race between Bekele and Rupp? lol a 2:03 marathoner running tactical against a 2:10 marathoner?
Just like it was tactical between kipchoge and rupp at the olympics, huh? lol
This Galen Rupp worship is way out of hand....

Why can't Chicago have pacers? Are they outlawed there, just like guns?
The WR has been set in Chicago in the past. It is really flat, just more turns than Berlin. If they wanted to setup a WR attempt for Bekele, they could.
Is Rupp running Chicago?
