Not true. The NCAA list reflects only marks made prior to the NCAA Championships. A significant number of collegians ran faster in the summer and don't show up on the list. (By the way, I think this is stupid. I think the NCAA lists should be the PRs of NCAA runners, not the spring PRs of NCAA runners.)
