El Keniano, I like Asbel's response better than Yego's.
Yego sounds like a cheat who's been promised he could never test positive.
Kiprop sounds like he's convinced himself he's not a cheat.

Laughable. The same Kiprop who had suspicious ABV during the 2011 Daegu Games. BTW. He won the event.

Im not sure why we are not looking at the Fancy Bears leaks for what they really are. Ok, what does that mean?
The Russian hackers are the same lot that disrupted the US and other elections. Spread as much disinformation as possible and cause chaos. Every intelligence agency has pretty much confirmed this.
Russian governments is pissed about the ban of athletes etc. for being caught red handed with systemized POD usage. How do you distract and avenge?
Prepare/manipulate and leak info motion essentially accusing all the elites around the world of some type of drug usage. It brings the accusations against Russia to more of a level playing ground if everybody is doing it. Its working as its caused headlines and concern across the board.
The Russian are smart and have a long history of distributing altered information for a bigger result back to their favor.
Think about it.
There are a huge number of unproven assumptions in your post.
Most notably IAAF officials have spoken publicly several times, including Lord Coe, and at no time have they disputed the accuracy of any of the data.

It wasn't me who has said these guys are likely cheats.
It was the IAAF.

Another reason why I honestly think Kiprop is clean is because he's part of the Kenyan police force, and has mentioned wanting to throw dopers in jail. He also seems like a good dude overall.
Yeah Cops never break the law.

In Kenya, they can't. Everyone is black, so no fun for CNN :(

I used to think he was clean. Then when he fell apart when the Rosas and then Aden had "problems" it was obvious what was up. Right now the E. Africans generally get a free pass unless they really screw up. Wonder how long that's going to last.

POD, well done!
don't have time to reply to all this right now
Rupp lost USA's because it was tactical race and his marathon training didn't give him the speed of the other guys, pretty common sense
AND once again, when has Rupp time trialed a marathon?
only reason 10K times will be that slow is if they quit having them at meets like pre and nobody ever time trials them.
ill get back on the rest of this stuff when I'm right though
you seem to be putting in too much effort to be a troll.
you should be reminded that High Schoolers will go a year or two and not PR. Sh*t happens man. Also a lot of these people are getting towards the end of their careers like give it a break.
you are such a rupp pansy supporter
KB's debut was what? a SOLO and 2:05,.....stop making excuses for rupp already!
with his credentials he should have ran the fastest ever on boston but no he is at best a 2:09/10 guy. how is that possible he is not faster than bill rodgers? greg meyer? or meb? or his master alberto? not one of those guys ran an indoor 3:50 mile, or 26:44 10k...
he is so much faster than everyone of those guys and has all the resources to run fast, yet he couldnt? cause he is off the juice and is where he should be
bill rodgers prs
28:04.42 10k
1:04:55 half
2:09:27 marathon
greg meyer prs
3:58.4 mile
27:53 10k
2:09:00 marathon
alberto prs
13:11.26 5k
27:25.61 10k
2:08:13 marathon
meb prs
4:02.29 mile
13:11.77 5k
27:13.98 10k
2:08:37 marathon
as you can see from the stats rupp right now off the juice is right in line for what a 29 low 10k should give him...
4:05 in the mile or so
13:30s for 5k
28:10 ish for all out best
and 2:09-10
Wow the hating on Rupp is viscous around here.
4:05 mile? Half the clowns on this board claim to run that...
Since you're comparing.
If Rupp is running 2:10ish for the marathon off the juice, then how fast would KB run off the juice? And how much faster would Rupp run if he got back on?

Lance Armstrong was always the same.
The thing I like about Asbel is that his responses, grammatical errors and all, are directly from him and written by himself and not manufactured by a lawyer or a PR firm. The reaction, at least, is true.
El Keinio really does know what he's talking about. Kiprop absolutely didn't expect his biological passport to show the carefully managed microdosing, and it really did affect his performance going forward.

Kiprop was in about 3:27 shape in mid June 2016, just days later the Rosas were busted, literally over night Kiprop was a 3:32-3:34 runner. Mind you Dibaba was the same, but she is coming back so who knows.
