Agreed about context. We need more context on all of the stories coming out. The agencies should provide as much context as possible and not selectively confirm aspects of stories.

Well his PR in the 10k is from college, and he ran the 1:01:36 also when he was in college (his PR now is actually 1:01:29 from last year, which is really not much of a difference).

This. Some of the doping levels are completely arbitrary are ridiculously high.

BS. Not all elites dope. In fact, many elites don't show up on this list as having suspicious values.
You may be right if you're talking about the NFL or NBA or pro soccer. In T&F, we've been working really hard at eradicating doping. It DOES seem that it's much harder to get away with it than it was in the past.
Of course we're not there yet, but we're trying, and the ABP is one of our biggest successes.
Stop trying to tear down the sport. Let's figure out which of these athletes we can prove doped, and get them the %$^* out of our sport.

The contrast between rojo's reaction to this compared to the initial ProPublica NOP report is comical. You could tell he was gleeful upon reading the latter. Not so when hearing the news about one of the site's favorites!

I just wish everyone was honest with themselves about this and realize NOP is only a small portion of the problems. These other "clean" groups are not so clean and everyone who is anyone knows it!

You are joking, right? Most of us realized that long time ago.
I also don't agree with "They'd ideally like to stop it". No way, doping is great for new records, which in turn are great for more money. Follow the money, as per usual.
As for the "likely doping" term: if anyone really thinks that is a meaningless term, look it up. It's well defined in the statutes, and discussed here on letsrun several times since Paula was flagged by the IAAF as "likely doping".
Also in the remarks...

I don't trust the accuracy of any doping report that doesn't list Genzebe Dibaba in any way.
