AFAICT, the Farah/Rupp info is not in the FB archives (as of yet), and is only referenced in the UK media story.

I think they are in the PDF attachments to the first email in the 3rd archive. -

I will just point out the "dog that didn't bark", there are no Russians in the IAAF list.

The country a cheater is from makes no difference. Dopers know no borders. -
Some interesting names on the above list...I mean Luke Puskedra? WHAT?

We don't need more smoke. Salazar already admitted to microdosing experiments. Anyone associated with him is dirty.

Please no. -
Damn.
Evan Jager.
He is gonna be pissed. -
Dude, Jager's "priority level" is 2 +'s above the stated range. Either that's a fake report made by somebody who didn't double check every detail, or his passport is really, really alarming
-
Likely doping? How idiotic is that statement? I'd say, "certainly doping" MOHAMMED FARAH

Holy FUDGE, Defar, Kiprop is suspicious, Jager is dodgy, as is Rupp, Silas Kiplagat, Merritt, Mary Keitany (wow surprise, surprise), H. Ingebrightsen, Hassan, Jeffrey Mutai, Julius Yego, Wilson Chebet. But Mo he is in the worst position because if he goes down he could also be stripped of his Knighthood which is really humiliating.
Where is rekrunner to defend this one? -

How much correlation should there be between ABP suspects and top finishers? -

This means that the brojos will likely downplay the report. BTC gets a free pass on here. -
When fancy bears first leaked the TUEs, I must admit only Wiggins was harmed. The rest was weak or marginal, basically pain killer-doping but they were obviously holding stuff back and are slowly drip-feeding us the big stuff. Which is great.

i don't think anyone who sees this and thinks it's a smoking gun understands how the blood passport system works. These samples are all over a year old. You can look up and see some of these athletes, Jager and Rupp have been tested dozens of times since these values triggered a "likey doping" note. This is why some, like Mo Farah have a note next to the second document showing "all clear". I'm guessing Rupps and Jagers do as well or they wouldn't have allowed them to run for the past 17 months since the out of normal test.
Unless you want to believe all 50 of the athletes are part of a massive cover up....
