Theses guys are rail thin compared to me.
You're skinny fat, bro.
I can trace a single vein from my big toe to my forehead. I don't have hardly any fat bro

I had the same problem. Every time I tried to shed 3-5lbs, I just felt like dogsh** and was lethargic and irritable. Finally said "Screw it" and dealt with my weight as best I could. Always hated hills though, haha
Positive Contribution wrote:Gotta be careful going below a weight your body wants. I'm 6'2" 165-167 and if I get under 165 I feel fatigued and lacking strength.
Agree with this also. feel fatigued at 162-3 feel fine at 165-167. Feel heavy at 169+
Also 6'2"
George Malley? Yes, I know who he is. He did New York in 82 and was actually leading coming off the bridge. Pretty cool that he posts here.

I ran against him in the Crim as well. You can see many pictures on the Crim website and see the difference between Herb, Bill and Greg.
I am new here, who is Malmo as I'm truly clueless:(
George Malley. Good steeplechaser and distance runner in the '70s, early '80s.
I find it odd that everyone here claims to be 6'2".
Herb Elliot
I never claimed that.
Not me, I'm 5' 11"
Josh Cox? 6', 160lbs.

Just wow... wrote:Thanks for finding these stats. I was honestly a little concerned that I started this thread with bad info, and probably won't use Wiki as my only reference source from now on, but seriously, why would they falsify BMFTs weight? This also just goes to show you that what people are dead set certain about and shouting with a sense of authority can be full of crap. Need I remind you of Not All Cows!!!, with his quote:

I think we just tend to see things and our minds bend of morph what we are looking at subconsciously, or in relationship to the objects around what we are viewing, as demonstrated in these examples of a lamp (hopefully won't get the post deleted by the mods) and straight lines:

Well, it's documented on his Wiki page as such. Are there any other sources out there that show otherwise?
Thanks Michael Scott.

Wow...those depictions were something else man. I was like...like totally hypnotized looking at those. Like...heavy man...like I could stare at them all day.
Say dude...do you have a background in psychology or something? 🤔

That sounds off, just based on what he looks like to me (as proven quite inaccurate here!), but it is supported by the Ducks website:
http://www.goducks.com/sports/2003/12/18/30594.aspxOn the other hand, Google search has Pre at 139 lb, as does this site:
http://www.sports-reference.com/olympics/athletes/pr/steve-prefontaine-1.htmlFeyisa Lilesa is pretty muscular, especially for a marathoner.

That's a varicose vein, fatty. All of the girls have them.
if he is 22 BMI, a bit of diet and with 20 BMI will be a World recordman.... so impossible.
Don't matter Ben's physical dimensions none of us will be as fast as him.

Jason Hartmann, with 13:36/28:15 5k/10k bests and twice the 4th place finisher at Boston is well above Ben True. Hartmann is 6'3" and 203 pounds (25.4 BMI).
6'3" for Jason? If that's true then I got taller. I ran into him at a Saginaw Valley Meet and at the Sparty last September. I must have gained 2 inches in height.
