Unbelievably bad coverage today
Unbelievably bad coverage today
Coburn was off the back of the leaders in the first k.
Jebet fell just after 2k to make it a 2 person race and Chepkoech killed Chespol the final lap.

Didn't show anything beyond first place finisher in steeple... unbelievable...
I would love to see Coburn just go with the leaders for once instead of racing for 3rd
I just realised this isn't the stadium at St Denis where they've had previous DL meets. I suppose this track isn't as fast.

Amos still has his ragged form but that was a nice win. He's not part of Oregon Track Club

Are you saying he's not part of OTC facetiously? He's still a team member
*now instead of not I assume
Devon Allen is just a little too much of a pretty boy

Based on how she ended up running today would not have been a good day to try that.
It's always a coin flip on how you feel after nationals esp when you travel across the pond to run. I don't think there should be any cause for alarm for Coburn, she will likely be fine.
agreed, whether she sits back and runs 9:11 or goes for it and blows up in 9:20 not a huge deal.
a bit disappointing of RK, impressive by True and Tiernan. Tiernan is the new
Buster on the block.

Who the f*ck cares?
Native Americans, for one...

Are you kidding? Place makes a big difference in Diamond League points. If Coburn goes for it and blows up and finishes far back she doesn't score as many points.

They went out in 3 flat. She would have been fine going with that.
Kwemoi's Kenyan Trials 1500 was so impressive that you have to cut him some slack for not having the kick Edris showed today.
St. Denis was a trek from Paris so if this is closer that's not so bad. But not a good sign to have such a small stadium and not full for this.
It would be nice to see running events start to finish, without all the cutaways in between.
Live on Youtube. Sprintkings.com is good coverage.
Wow. 60.95 for first 400 an dthere are 4 women on the pace.
I wonder if her coaching switch is starting to catch up with her.
Hassan amazing front running to hold off Kipyegon!
3:57
W1500 stupidest announcer quote of the day: no Americans in the field, so focus will be on Hassan and Kipyegon
