that's an undrafted -ve split 1'57.7
formula i use to adjust to gold-standard 2s +ve split race is
Correction = ( 2nd lap - 1st lap - 2.0 ) * 1/3
applying it to her splits ->
1'56.61 !!
considering also lack of drafting which she coud expect from 200 - 400 on 1st lap at ~ 0.7s/lap
->1'56.26 !!!
all this after rounds !!!
in a 1-off, fully-rested, smoothly drafted to bell, 2s +ve split race, i'd expect her to be right around 1'56-flat mark
The after rounds part is so impressive.
Sometimes u think its strength from training that makes people good at rounds.
Other times I think it's natural ability... Or both.

No, physiology is a subset of physics. There is nothing special about ATP-CP metabolism in this context. No matter the molecule, positive splitting is NOT the best way to run your fastest time.
lol u lil ding dong ever ran a couple races in a small amount of time? per say track in high school? you ever PR'd with a positive split in the mile? ya me neither

Thanks!
Rudisha positive split, but maybe the next world record will be a negative split.

Yes, it is impossible that she can beat 3 men with hidden testicles. Come the last 100m, they'll blast past her like the female she is.
do people seriously believe her BS story about tainted meat? She is not clean and this is insulting to her competitors.

That explains why I had to get a physics degree before I went into physiology research....not!

You are impressive in your lack of experience and knowledge of running 800m competitively. For starters, I suggest that you look at the splits of every 800m world record....ever.

Calculo, your opinion of track bot?

Good points made but ultimately, a slight positive split is optimal, of all 800s I've run my best times were positive split races. The neg split races were funner and felt better but ultimately didn't get the PRs that way.

Can she break up the big 3?
She was spotted prior to the meet at In and Out Burger.

This is especially true in the case of Caster. He's probably never ran even 50% effort to avoid to more scrutiny. But if Ajee can force him to run 1:51 then he will do it.

She's doped. And everyone knows it. Absolutely shameless.
if she ran for Nike this website would be blasting her as a cheater, but for some reason she gets off with the bullshit "meat" excuse and gets off scot free. and her teammate was conveniently not drug tested after that race, so she slides through as well. maybe because they knew they were at risk of not clearing it but had to test ajee because she broke the record...

You should share this amazing secret and revolutionize the event. Amazing that all the great 800m runners and coaches had it wrong all these years!
I just cant wait for her and Caster Semenya battle it out in London

Nike is not the issue. The comments would be the same if she were NOP. The issue is that she will be running in Worlds against three runners that have an unfair advantage and most posters believe stole Olympic medals from people like Melissa Bishop. If Ajee were to beat these three, that would make most posters happy. That would be the case whether she took illegal substances or not, and whether she was from NOP or not. And there is almost a certain justice to the whole thing -- the three unfaur runners could feel what it is like to get something taken from them by someone with a different unfair advantage. Kind of like when the bad guy in a movie gets take out by another more talented but still bad guy.
It's hard to forget the Rio race. The gutted reactions of the women who placed 4th and lower was sad to witness. Sadly a 1:57.8 won't faze the three Rio medal winners.

But if we told the big three the couldn't compete, that would hurt their feelings. So consider that.
What is gender anyway?
