And why do you keep subjecting us to this year after year?

I do think the "two hands out" celebratory pose is over-done, but not sure what NIKE can do about it.
Nike is labeling everything. They're sponsors, but this picture frames it in a way that makes it look like it's a race made by Nike.
Is this a Nike race? Or is it a race sponsored by Nike? Get your logos outta here!

So you are suggesting that Nike stop all advertising, stop all support of running and hope that donations take up the slack to support racing?
they're all wearing half tights
They all look the same?
Some of the sprint events at USATF are looking like this too. I wonder if the logo size restrictions are partially to blame. They'd be more likely to give out different color uniforms if they could put a huge Nike or Adidas logo to make it still recognizable.
They all wear Adidas shoes?
They are not running for the US yet?
They should all wear different colors like these guys.
What the hell do I know? It could be that dye is an extremely expensive commodity and opting for a variety of colours would negatively impact their profit margins.
Seriously, even experienced commentators sometimes have trouble telling runners apart, especially in mid/distance events when they're bunched together.

Just watched it. What in the world are they wearing? Looks like something grandma stitched by hand.

What's the correct answer?
That they're all matching? Is that the issue? Or do you not like the color/pattern?
I think it's the combination of the same uniforms and that they seem to be forming the Nike symbol with their fingers. But, what do I know, I'm old and losing touch with reality?
Nothing. Everything is going as planned. We make premier uniforms, put the world's greatest athletes in them, and then hope someone likes you makes a post on LetsRun that will become "SUPER HOT ON LETSRUN" on the landing page during a very active week in Track and Field - such as the USATF Championships.
Now everyone coming to look at results, recaps, etc. will see Nike front and center, and for that - we win again. Thank you.
