Porn mags would make a big comeback.
What kind of Internet are we talking about? The world wide web? Most would deal. But living without netflix would be a challenge at first.
Does Networking in general fail in this scenario? That would be real trouble.

Rule of thumb: The Amish can live without it so do most Ultra-Orthodox Hasidim communities so it will be life as usual. For the rest of you...you are SCREWED.

Back to the days of peer-to-peer bulletin board systems over landlines then. It would work a lot better than it did then, at least, due to much better servers. Someone would figure out a way to get things running faster than 112 kilobits/s.
I think people would eat healthy, and exercise more. And the literacy rate would drop, no more trolling, no meme, no cyber bullying, no more Kanye, Trump would start a war, and the elderly people will smile.
