Why is Murphy doing this? I don't agree with this double nonsense. He should do it later on down the road. There was a slight grimace on his face, and he just didn't look relaxed to me ...even thought the announcers said that he looked relaxed.
I just can't see him being in top form for either race. I don't like it.

I'm sure the Nike haters will disagree but I really like the Kipchoge commercial. I hadn't seen that before today.

If Nick Symmonds is your hero. You need to evaluate your life

And if he flames out, it will be a learning experience for the 22-year old Olympic Bronze medalist... -
He looks better than Brazier.
-
Drew Windle comes from now where. Looks around as he crosses the line
-
how the hell does Charles jock do it, in another final. Brazier did NOT look good in that one over the last 200.

The entire 2nd heat looked bad. -
That wasn't easy for Brazier... He might struggle in the finals. I'd say Sowinski and Clayton top 2 for sure, and I wouldn't say for sure that Clayton will take it (due mostly to 1500 tomorrow but Sowinski looks good)
-
Murphy. Sowinski and a battle for 3rd. My prediction

If I had a chance to win two US Championships, make some bank, then drop one of the events to focus on the other for worlds, I'd take it. -
watching the replay windle was incredible, DFL with 100m to go, had to run sideways to get out of a box with about 75m to go and still manages to jog across the line in an easy qualifier.
-
Drew Windle kicked down everybody in the last 100 like it was nothing. Might have a shot at the team.

That's his style. Since Robby Andrews won't run the 800m any more, Windle might as well provide the thrills. -

the USA schedule is much tougher than the world schedule for murphy with regards to this double. No chance he drops an event at worlds barring an injury of some sort. -

Wow. Brazier survives.
He faded from a great spot to and was totally boxed but a couple of guys ahead of him rigged up and he squirmed behind them.

The 6th placer in the first heat ran faster than the 1st placer in heat #1 but I like it. Top 4 or go home.

Windle WILL make the team. That looked so easy for him, dude casually jogged the last 30 meters and basically passed the entire field. Brazier has completely lost my vote after that race. Murphy, Sowinski and Windle for London (not necessarily in that order though). Sowinski has looked really good in his heats too. -
Brazier looked fine. Not sure why he gets so much hate here. I'm going to call him or Sowinski for the win given that Clayton will be a bit tired.

Ajee looks great
