I think the female distance races are far more interesting. Not just at ncaa but also at international level.
This has to be the worst meet in history for the PAC-12 men. Hardly anyone even in the finals, much less in contention.

That was a terrible race by Knight, and both him and Fisher fouled up by letting people pass them with 400 to go. Considering the slow pace, Fisher won as predicted.
FIsher destroyed the 1500 guys at Pac 12s. He was going ot be hard to beat in this but Im with you. I didn't like Knight's tactics on the last lap.
Don't people realize it comes down to the last 150. He and Korir in the 800, both were panicking they werent in the lead way too early.
He jumped out way wide with like 375 to go. Just relax. You aren't going to get jumped so badly that you can't win and then he went really hard for the lead before 200.
I don't think it would have mattered. This turned into a 1500 and Fisher is the best 1500 guy.

I'm pissed that Florida is going to win. I dont like it when teams that aren't even close to winning their conference meet win NCAAs.
and UVA is going to get top 3 thanks to the fact their throwers have no problem being coached by a doper.

More looking forward to the Allie and Ellie battle in the steeple than any of these weak men's distance runs. They will most likely show more True Grit than the men on Pre's home track.
