Freshman year old college I could run a 31:00. In HS I did not run it, but I bet you I would have run 35:00. 30 mpw to 55 mpw.
How do you drop 4 and a half minutes off your 10k pr in one year as a college athlete? What did her training consist of before this year? Leisurely walks?
Does it sound really out there to you? I figured this is pretty standard.
