My god. Watching this German Konstanze run makes me think, "If ony Mary Cain had ended up like this."
What a talent and what a racer. She passed the rabbit before 800!!

Hassan 3:56.22. Klosterhalfed 3rd in sub 4 I think.
Nice run by hassan
3:59.30 for Klosterhalfen.
Hassan is Alberto Salazar's female Mo Farah. Salazar can't quite develop the American world champ so imports a top African talent and makes them unbeatable.
And for Nike, it makes more sense to import an African born runner living in Europe than an actual Kenyan or Ethiopian as the shoe market in Europe is bigger than it is in Africa.
When Hassan joined the NOP, i said right away that there is no way Shannon Rowbury ever beats Hassan again. I think that's clearly the case.
Wooooow....Klosterhalfen! Under 4:00. Took the lead even before the pacer dropped off!
Hassan destroys everyone in that 1500, wow! Would be interested to know Klosterhalfen's training and how this compares the young females in the USA. No reason we shouldn't have someone on her level.
Hassan for the win in the women's 1500m L-carnitine division!
I don't like Hassan. Something very irritating about her.

Let me guess: NOP?
Hassan's elbows. That's what you dont like
Good run by de Grasse.
Interesting that she (KK) turned down coming to the ncaa - seems to be working for her, being allowed to race whatever distance she wants. Stafford turned down Stanford and ran 4.04.87 here. Think that would have done alright at ncaa this weekend.

I actually like her a lot. I think she is very attractive. Glad to see she is running well under Salazar.
Here's a question i posted in the Konstanze thread. Is she the biggest non-African born talent ever?
Decker and budd were pretty good but am I crazy to think it's at least open for discussion?
also an impressive run by 18 year old Tortu for 4th in the 200
If any of these girls went to the NCAA I don't think there's a chance they're running within 10 seconds of these times tonight. Most of them would be injured. NCAA is a straight meat grinder for distance athletes.

She would be injured right now if she went to Stanford. She would have a great education, though.
Why are these "Pro" sprinters so slow compared to current NCAA sprinters?
10.05 missed the final last night!
