The death of Kiprotich is sad, but I never said one negative thing about him and feel for him and his family, whether you believe that or not, I don't care, I'm not longing for your approval. I chose to respond to something political that wasn't deleted and you didn't like it. Too much running at high intensity will kill you. This has been coming to light for last 3 years or so already.

It is easy to look at the surface. Obama was a smooth talker who accomplished nothing and furthered corporate corruption. Stop getting all your information from CNN

The problem is that the dangerous stuff is not detectable. When my Cardiologist told me (at age 17) that I had a heart murmur, I thought my athletic days were finished. Hardly (I'm 41 now). Undetectable, in the sense that they usually only find out after they perform a post mortem....

I have a heart murmur that was first detected in infancy. It has been detected every subsequent physical throughout my life. One doctor had me lie on my side for a stethoscope reading then said the murmur was nothing to worry about. I did quite a bit of high mileage along with high intensity running and core work. Started getting serious again about training in my mid-50s. What's the diagnosis LRC Docs, should I be concerned? My recent training has greatly lowered my blood pressure and pulse, back down to healthy levels where they haven't been for years.

As you know, some Kenyans are from coastal sea level towns. Do you know if David Kiprotich was born and raised at altitude? Was Kiprotich born and raised at a low altitude town?
