False equivalency. Eating poorly is a choice, you're correct there. Being gay though is not a choice. People are born gay. FACT.
But, for the sake of arguement...do you agree living on donuts and coke is a poor choice? If you believe (despite facts and reality) that being gay is a choice, do you think it's a bad choice?
If yes to both above...did you support Michael Bloomberg's anti-big soda law in NYC? If not, why?
