I want to preface this by saying we have sex at least 4 times a week and I'm not going to go into details but I'm giving so at-least 5-6 "sexual encounters" a week
BUT my husband recently printed out articles on how female distance runners had lower sex drives due to stress and low body weight. I vhenemently disagree-obviously, because I love to run and I'm not inclined to gain weight during a marathon cycle.
Any women have experience or recommendations?
I often want sex immediately after a run. And yeah, at 10:00pm at night I'm exhausted and I do have to wake up at 4:00am to run so sometimes I want to sleep. Is that being selfish?
